1. Course Fee Payment
All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before attending classes.
Fees include tuition, study materials (if applicable), and access to lab facilities.
2. Refund Eligibility
Course fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been made and the student has started attending classes.
In exceptional cases (such as course cancellation by the institute), a full or partial refund may be issued at the management’s discretion.
No refund will be provided for students who discontinue, are absent, or fail to complete the course.
3. Transfer and Substitution
Students may request to transfer to another course or batch before classes begin, subject to seat availability and management approval.
Fees already paid will be adjusted accordingly, but no refund will be issued for fee differences.

Registration or admission fees
Exam or certification fees
Digital materials or downloadable content
6. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of admission or payment.
Refund will be processed only if classes have not been attended, or in case of genuine issues approved by management.
Admission fees, registration fees, and exam fees are non-refundable.
7.Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded within
7 to 15 working days.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made through the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, cash, etc.).
You may be required to provide transaction details for verification.
